I had a birthday this month. I am officially in my last year in my twenties! Eep! I had some time to reflect on what I wanted to accomplish this year. It’s limited since hubs is in school and I am the primary source of income. I can’t climb the Great Wall of China, hike Machu Picchu, visit every continent, ride an elephant in Thailand, or anything else in my life bucket-list, but I can do some things.
- Learn a language fluently
- Read the entire bible
- Rock out at Coachella
- Help someone else cross something out on their bucket-list
- Be more active.
- Watch less TV.
- Sell my crafts: wreaths, diaper cake, banners
- Be more kind.
- Work for the glory of God.
- Be more patient especially with the husband 😉
I am covered by grace. Sometimes, I am so quick to anger or judge and I forget how much grace God gives me in a daily basis. I am not close to perfect. I just hope to be a better person than I was yesterday. It is a daily struggle for me and I constantly need Jesus.
“But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” -2 Corinthians 12:9
